Yes — Standard Plus and Premium sessions include one free reschedule. Standard sessions can be rescheduled by contacting the coordinator at least 24 hours before the session.
Standard is a 60-minute 1-to-1 online session. Standard Plus adds a full session recording and optional extension time. Premium includes all of the above plus a personalised written report for parents after every session, and priority access to senior-panel tutors.
Payment is processed by Stripe — one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. We accept all major debit and credit cards. You can also top up a wallet and book directly from your balance for added convenience.
Every confirmed booking is guaranteed. If your tutor can't attend, a qualified replacement will step in. If none is available, we'll reschedule at no extra cost — or issue a full refund.
